The 6-Year Frame Warranty By BENLEE
The BENLEE frame carries a full six-year warranty — the longest in the roll-off trailer industry. No other manufacturer comes close.
What’s Covered
BENLEE warranties each new trailer to the original purchaser for 12–72 months depending on the component. Our obligation is to repair or replace, at no charge F.O.B. our plant, any part we manufactured that proves defective in normal use during the warranty period.
BENLEE-purchased components (cylinders, hoses, valves, etc.) are covered up to, but not exceeding, the warranty provided by that component’s manufacturer.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Factory authorization must be obtained before making any warranty repairs or replacements. All claims must be submitted within 15 days of discovering the defect. Return the defective part with transportation prepaid and clearly identified.
Recommended Operating Conditions
Staying within these specs protects your warranty:
- Up to 6 axles: 2,200 PSI / 25–30 GPM / 1,600–1,900 RPM (PTO engaged)
- 7–8 axles: 2,000 PSI maximum operating pressure
The pressure relief valve is factory-set at 2,200 PSI. Do not adjust without factory approval.
Hydraulic system damage caused by lack of filtration on the customer’s power unit is not covered.
Limitations
This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts and authorized labor only. It does not cover products from other manufacturers beyond their own warranty, nor does BENLEE assume liability for loss of product, lost time, or other consequential damages.
